| This video focuses on how to develop and implement an effective, realistic educational/training program. The first part focuses on the importance of high school course and program selection. The second part covers postsecondary educational and training opportunities. Students learn about high school course selection 1) as a means of expanding interests, 2) for job entry after high school, and 3) for further postsecondary education and training (vocational, community college, four-year college, etc.).
